One Hot Cookie started in 2013 in Downtown Youngstown on a whim as a side hustle for Bergen Giordani, a single mother to her then 16 year old daughter, Morgen. Fast forward a decade and quite a bit has changed except for the nearly famous chocolate chip cookie recipe and their love of their dogs.
10 years later
Today the mother daughter duo continues to work together, overseeing the day to day operations at One Hot Cookie and feels so fortunate to have a women-led team behind them. One Hot Cookie delivers cookie goodness across the country with physical storefronts in Boardman, Ohio and Hermitage, Pennsylvania.
